 Low Connect Speed: If your modem is connecting to the service at lower than normal speed.

 Disconnect: If you were disconnected from the service.

 Busy Signal: If you receive a Busy Signal.

 Ring No Answer: If the number rings, but does not answer.

 Unable to Browse: If you were able to connect, but could not receive or view Web pages.

 Webmail: Web based AT&T Worldnet Service Message Center, http://webmail.att.net.

 Netmail: Web based AT&T Worldnet Service Message Center, https://netmail.att.net, accessible from anywhere on the Internet even if you are not dialed into one of our access #'s.

 E-mail Software: Microsoft Outlook, Netscape.

 Access to Worldnet from Anywhere: A feature which allows you to send and retrieve e-mail from anywhere on the Internet.

I get an error message when trying to send mail:
"Unable to contact server mailhost.worldnet.att.net. Server unavailable or Server down."

I get an error message when trying to receive mail:
"Unable to contact server postoffice.worldnet.att.net. Server unavailable or Server down."

I get an error message when trying to login to check my e-mail, and I know I have entered my correct e-mail address and password. (Failed authentication)

I am unable to access webmail.att.net.

I am unable to access netmail.att.net.
